Terms and Conditions on Refund/Exchange of Goods 


Comprehensive After-Sales Service

At Backers, we strive to provide the most comprehensive after-sales service to complete your whole shopping experience.  Goods sold at Backers are not refundable after purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, e.g. product usage or procedures, we are here to help.  Please drop us an email at cs@backerstores.com or call us at +852 39593399, our product specialists will be with you shortly. 


Exchange of Products

To ensure the quality of products and services, prior to purchase, we will check and verify the quality of the goods to ensure the product is working effectively and up to standard. 


To bring the best shopping experience to you, we provide a 7-day exchange policy.  If you are unhappy with the product purchased, you can have it exchanged within 7 business days after the date of purchase/receipt of goods (for online shop only).  


Method of Exchange and Terms and Conditions 

  • Unless due to product quality, all products can be exchanged for once only
  • The exchange product must be in unused condition and in original intact packaging, together with all tags still attached, labels and seals intact , accessories, undamaged and in good shape. If we deem the condition of the exchange item is unsuitable for resale, Backers reserve the right to refuse exchange of the product. 
  • Please bring the product, accessories that come with the product, tags, labels, seals, packaging (together with courier packaging) for exchange
  • If you want to exchange for a product that is of higher dollar value, you will have to pay for the difference.  If you want to exchange for a product that is of lower dollar value, the difference will not be refunded.
  • For products purchased at our physical store or online store, you must bring the product to our physical store for exchange (except for products sold to overseas address). For products sold to overseas address, if the exchange is due to Backers' fault, courier charges will be paid by Backers. For all other reasons, you will have to pay for the courier charges. 
  • For products purchased at our physical store, you must present the original sales receipt at our store for the process of exchange.

Products/Conditions Not Acceptable for Exchange
We are sorry that for the following situations, we are unable to handle your exchange request: 
  • Product not sold at Backers physcial store or www.backerstores.com
  • Product purchase date (or goods receipt date for online sales) is over 7 days
  • Product has been opened and used
  • Product packaging is incomplete, damaged, not intact
  • Product was explicitly stated that is not exchangeable or discounted goods
  • Any complimentary gift
If we deem the exchange product fail to meet our Exchange Policy, we are sorry that we are unable to handle your exchange request.  

Important Note
Customers are allowed to exchange the purchased products for once only within the 7-day limit. Products that have been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again. Under no circumstances that we will refund on products purchased.

Completion of Sale
If the customer do not raise any exchange request within 7 business days after the date of purchase/receipt of goods (for online shop only), the sale is deemed to be final and complete.  Backers will no longer bear any legal responsibility and will not process any exchange requests. 

Disclaimer
  • Backers will not be responsible for any liability caused by misused of products
  • Backers  reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our site. It is your sole responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly for changes
  • In case of dispute in relation to exchange of products, Backers reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms of conditions
